Shipping Information

We are a Canadian company and use primarily Canada Post to ship from our location in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F), excluding statutory holidays.

You should expect to receive your order within 1 week of the date that it is shipped, but shipping times do vary. We will e-mail you when your order is shipped.

We apply a flat shipping rate based upon the value of your order before tax.

$75.01-$125	$11

 

Shipping on orders valued above $125 is free. 

We offer free delivery within Thunder Bay.  Please contact us to arrange delivery.

Please contact us to arrange shipping to destinations outside of Canada.  We would be happy to send you our great products.  Please be advised that in addition to shipping charges collected by us, there may be additional duties and taxes due upon delivery of your item.  We are not responsible for these charges, which vary based upon the items purchased and the country in which you live. 

Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST on taxable items.  All Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST. Customers outside of Canada will not be charged GST or PST on their orders, but may incur additonal duties or taxes upon delivery of their items.
